I'm currently evaluating <a href="http://www.pcbsd.org">PC-BSD</a>&#160;<a href="http://www.pcbsd.org"><img src="http://wiki.mos6581.org/images/external.png" alt="external link" /></a> as an alternative to Windows. <a href="http://wiki.mos6581.org/FreeBSD">FreeBSD</a>'s ports make it very easy to use all kinds of libraries and GCC runs much faster than <span class="missingpage">MinGW</span><a href="http://wiki.mos6581.org/MinGW/edit">?</a>'s GCC on Windows (<span class="missingpage">MinGW</span><a href="http://wiki.mos6581.org/MinGW/edit">?</a> GCC's speed was the main reason that pushed me towards the DM compiler).</div>]]></description>
